Capacity Building in EMA

The Ethiopian Media Authority (EMA) is committed to strengthening the skills, professionalism, and ethical standards of the country’s media sector. Through a range of capacity-building programs, EMA empowers journalists, media practitioners, and its own staff to respond effectively to the dynamic media landscape.

The Authority also promotes public awareness on media literacy and the fight against hate speech and misinformation. Through research-driven capacity-building initiatives, EMA supports national interest and a well-informed society.
