The Institute provided training to experts of the authority on techniques of monitoring hate speech and disinformation dissemination with the help of artificial intelligence.

The Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute provided training to online media monitoring and capacity-building experts of the authority on techniques of monitoring hate speech and disinformation dissemination with the help of artificial intelligence.

Deresa Terfe, the head of the office of the director general of the authority, said that the training was organized to enhance the capacity of experts to easily monitor hate speech and disinformation with the help of artificial intelligence. He added that the experts should use the knowledge and skills gained from the training to do a better job.

The training was given by experts from the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute.
