Ethiopian Media Authority higher officials and staff held the second round of blood donation program for the Ethiopian Defense Force under the theme “Our Blood for Our Defense Force”.

The program was organized in collaboration with the office of the Federal Auditor General.

During the blood donation event, Mr. Yonatan Tesfaye, Deputy Director-General of Ethiopian Media Authority, remarked that the victories gained are not easy to achieve; there have been several sacrifices made. As a result, we must contribute to the defense force by donating blood.

Similarly, the Deputy Auditor General of the Office Auditor General Mrs. Meseret Damete said our Defense Forces are fighting to defend the nation. Therefore,  we will continue to strengthen our support not only today but also in the future to get our country out of its predicament.

Previously the authority had shown its support for Ethiopian Defense Forces through participating in 5KM race organized by the Sports Commission and also by contributing monthly salary.
